Otto Place a new EC launch offers a diverse selection of unit types to suit different lifestyle needs.
The site for Otto Place at Plantation Close was launched under the Government Land Sales (GLS) programme, a key initiative by the Singapore government to ensure a steady supply of private housing. Located in District 24, this parcel is part of the visionary Tengah new town masterplan, designed for sustainable living and smart connectivity.
On 14 February 2024, this GLS parcel was successfully awarded to a joint venture between Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd., who emerged as the top bidder at a competitive land rate of $701 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). The 99-year leasehold site spans approximately 215,691 square feet and is expected to yield up to 560 Executive Condominium units.
